The PM's responsibilities include:

• Helping to transition new products into MPI's facility
• Insuring a single point of contact that offers a one-to-one communication channel to streamline information flow
• Initiating, monitoring and reporting upon the status of processes on the customer's behalf, such as quote activity, purchase order management, and critical material status reports
• Elaborating upon the work-in-progress status reports available via the customer portal
• Conducting quarterly business reviews where forecasts and key metrics are discussed and mutually agreed to
