MPI's customer portal serves as a virtual factory window into our manufacturing plant. The customer portal is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection.

Through the portal, customers can quickly and easily track in real time their products and programs, including production progress, test results, quality issues, shipment status and a variety of other information, such as:

• What shipped to me or to my customer today?
• What is the status of my work in progress?
• What is my open PO activity?
• What does MPI show for accounts receivable?
