Since 1982, Craig has been responsible for providing MPI's strategic vision and establishing MPI's strategic alliances. Craig has enjoyed a long and successful career in a variety of entrepreneurial pursuits, beginning in 1968 when he established and managed a national network of service centers for communications and computer products. Craig has also consulted for many high-tech firms including GTE, GE, Panasonic, Coleco, Atari and United Technologies, among others. Craig's personal commitment to balancing business success with social responsibility has been cited in a variety of leading industry publications, including The Wall Street Journal. Photo Nicole RussoNicole Russo, Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance
In her role as Executive Vice President Administration and Finance, Nicole is responsible for managing MPI's strategic finance initiatives and offshore manufacturing partnerships, as well as MPI's Program Management group to ensure consistently best-in-class customer service administration. Nicole is also a Lean manufacturing champion and executive sponsor, and is also a Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Prior to joining MPI in 2005, Nicole was with General Electric Capital as a Vice President, managing GE's distressed debt portfolio. Nicole earned her Masters in Business Administration – Finance from Northeastern University, Boston, MA and her Bachelor of Science Business Management from Salve Regina University, Newport, RI. Photo Don PreziosiDon Preziosi, Executive Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Don is responsible for leading MPI's engineering efforts and for helping customers find cost effective solutions to their technical challenges. Prior to joining MPI in 1985, Don was Director of Manufacturing Engineering with Tie Communications Corp., a leading telecom manufacturer of Key telephone systems; a member of the technical staff with Schlumberger-Doll Research, a leader in oil well exploration; and a Flight-Line Field Engineer with the Norden Division of United Technologies, a military manufacturer of radar and cockpit display systems. Photo, Ted LabowskiTed Labowski, Vice President, Quality
In the capacity of Vice President of Quality, Ted is responsible for all aspects of quality control and quality assurance for MPI. Prior to joining MPI, Ted served in a variety of quality assurance and quality engineering positions with General DataComm Industries, an international telecommunications product manufacturer and integrator. Photo Stacy HowardStacy Howard, Vice President, Supply Chain, CSCP
Stacy's experience consists of 15 years of supply chain management, including six-plus years as a Director of Materials with Sanmina-SCI, a global Tier 1 EMS company. Prior to joining Sanmina-SCI, Stacy spent time as a functional consultant setting up Oracle ERP systems in mid-sized organizations and worked 11 years in the printing industry as a Purchasing and Materials Manager. Stacy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX, and is an APICS-certified Supply Chain Professional. Bill is responsible for MPI finance and accounting. Prior to joining MPI eleven years ago, Bill was Director of Quality for BE Aerospace, a manufacturer of aircraft interiors, seating and galleys; Director of Purchase Material Quality for Textron Lycoming, a manufacturer of gas turbine engines for the military and aerospace market; Director of Quality for Johnson & Johnson Ultrasound, a manufacturer of cardiology and radiology for the medical business; and Director of Product Assurance for Branson Ultrasonic, a manufacturer of ultrasonic welding, cleaning and vapor degreaser equipment, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operation Management from Charter Oak College, Hartford CT. Photo Dao WeemanDao Weeman, Vice President, Business Process Re-Engineering
As Vice President, Business Process Re-Engineering for MPI, Dao oversees the development and implementation of value-driven operational initiatives throughout the business, with special focus on the implementation of best-practices/innovations within business technology and manufacturing systems. Dao's key areas of responsibility include the development and management of MPI's continuous improvement/Lean program, business systems/intelligence and engineering services. Dao has 20 years experience in the electronics/consumer manufacturing industry in both operations management and advanced manufacturing engineering. Dao's area of expertise is in continuous improvement/Lean implementation, process re-engineering, new product introduction and enterprise systems development. Prior to MPI, Dao was Operations Manager at Cuno, Inc. Dao holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Photo Riz JaganiRiz Jagani, Vice President, Advanced Technology
As MPI’s Vice President of Advanced Technology, Riz is responsible for managing MPI’s strategic customers in relation to their new product introductions, manufacturing, technology and test plans, while also developing additional avenues to recognize revenue for value added services. Riz was most recently with Celestica New England as a Global Program Manager where he was responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by matching or exceeding supplier performance, NPI planning, engineering, design services and supply chain functions for his customers. His experience also includes strategic six sigma projects and responsibility for managing a staff of 30 personnel. Riz has his BSEE from the University of Toronto and also recently completed an 8 Month Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School with a focus on strategy, finance and marketing.
