Craig Hoekenga, Founder and CEO
Since 1982, Craig has been responsible for providing MPI's strategic vision and establishing MPI's strategic alliances.
Craig has enjoyed a long and successful career in a variety of entrepreneurial pursuits, beginning in 1968 when he
established and managed a national network of service centers for communications and computer products. Craig has
also consulted for many high-tech firms including GTE, GE, Panasonic, Coleco, Atari and United Technologies, among
others. Craig's personal commitment to balancing business success with social responsibility has been cited in a

Mike Ellis, President and Chief Operating Officer, CSCP
As MPI's President and COO, Mike brings to MPI over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of market segments on both sides of the OEM and EMS
supply chain. Prior to joining MPI Mike held a variety of senior operational roles with Data General, Boston Scientific, Corvis, and contributed
as a consultant to leading US Defense contractors and the US government. His broad experience working within high-end computing, telecommunications,
medical, and defense OEMs has positioned Mike extremely well to understand, meet, and exceed the needs of MPI's customers.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and a Dual Masters in Engineering and Business,

Nicole Russo, Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance
In her role as Executive Vice President Administration and Finance, Nicole is responsible for managing MPI's strategic finance initiatives and
offshore manufacturing partnerships, as well as MPI's Program Management group to ensure consistently best-in-class customer service administration.
Nicole is also a Lean manufacturing champion and executive sponsor, and is also a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Prior to joining MPI two years ago, Nicole was with General Electric Capital as a Vice President, managing GE's distressed debt portfolio.
Nicole earned her Masters in Business Administration Finance from Northeastern University, Boston, MA and her Bachelor of Science Business

Jim DiBurro, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
Chief Customer Officer
As MPI's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and CCO, Jim is responsible for driving MPI's continued profitable growth, advocating for MPI's customers,
and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining MPI, Jim was with IBM/Celestica Corporation, a global, tier 1 EMS provider based in Toronto, Ontario since 1996. While at Celestica Jim served in a
variety of progressively responsible sales and business development roles, most recently as Celestica's Vice President of Sales. Prior to Celestica, Jim held senior
operational and business development roles with Honeywell, Honeywell-Bull, and Bull Electronics, a spinoff EMS division he helped to launch in 1992. Jim earned his MBA

Don Preziosi, Executive Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Don is responsible for leading MPI's engineering efforts and for helping customers find cost effective solutions to their technical challenges. Prior to joining MPI
22 years ago, Don was Director of Manufacturing Engineering with Tie Communications Corp., a leading telecom manufacturer of Key telephone systems; a member of the
technical staff with Schlumberger-Doll Research, a leader in oil well exploration; and a Flight-Line Field Engineer with the Norden Division of United Technologies,

Ted Labowski, Vice President, Quality
In the capacity of Vice President of Quality, Ted is responsible for all aspects of quality control and quality assurance for MPI. Prior to joining MPI, Ted served in a variety of
quality assurance and quality engineering positions with General DataComm Industries, an international telecommunications product manufacturer and integrator. Ted holds a Bachelors

Stacy Howard, Vice President,
Supply Chain, CSCP
Stacy's experience consists of 15 years of supply chain management, including six-plus years as a Director of Materials with Sanmina-SCI, a global Tier 1 EMS
company. Prior to joining Sanmina-SCI, Stacy spent time as a functional consultant setting up Oracle ERP systems in mid-sized organizations and worked 11 years
in the printing industry as a Purchasing and Materials Manager. Stacy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas,

Bill Cabral, Vice President of Finance
Bill is responsible for MPI finance and accounting. Prior to joining MPI eleven years ago, Bill was Director of Quality for BE Aerospace, a
manufacturer of aircraft interiors, seating and galleys; Director of Purchase Material Quality for Textron Lycoming, a manufacturer of gas
turbine engines for the military and aerospace market; Director of Quality for Johnson & Johnson Ultrasound, a manufacturer of cardiology
and radiology for the medical business; and Director of Product Assurance for Branson Ultrasonic, a manufacturer of ultrasonic welding, cleaning

Dao Weeman, Vice President, Business Process Re-Engineering
As Vice President, Business Process Re-Engineering for MPI, Dao oversees the development and implementation of value-driven operational initiatives throughout the
business, with special focus on the implementation of best-practices/innovations within business technology and manufacturing systems. Dao's key areas of responsibility
include the development and management of MPI's continuous improvement/Lean program, business systems/intelligence and engineering services. Dao has 20 years experience
in the electronics/consumer manufacturing industry in both operations management and advanced manufacturing engineering. Dao's area of expertise is in continuous
improvement/Lean implementation, process re-engineering, new product introduction and enterprise systems development. Prior to MPI, Dao was Operations Manager at Cuno,
